INNOVATION HUB HOLIDAY CLUB: 2 – 4 JULY 2024
Delve into the world of AR and VR with the Innovation Hub Club. This club is a collaboration with the University of the Western Cape Innovation Hub.
We will be designing and exploring 3D designing, electronics and coding. We will be using Tinkercad, a web app, to turn your ideas into reality.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring your own smart phone or tablet along with you to the club.
PROGRAMME OUTLINE:
DAY 1: Exploring Tinkercad and designing 3D objects (Venue: Cape Town Science Centre)
DAY 2: Beebots Challenge & Designing in Tinkercad (Venue: Cape Town Science Centre)
DAY 3*: Display your creation at the UWC Innovation Hub (Venue: University of the Western Cape Innovation Hub)
*Please note that the first two days will be at the CTSC and the last day will be at the UWC Innovation Hub. Parents will need to transport their children to UWC and are welcome to wait for their children at the UWC Innovation Hub.
