CapeNature exhibition
The CapeNature Cubs Club is an incentive-based club for children ages 4-13. It provides a platform for children to learn about nature as well as engage with the world in a sustainable manner. At present the club is for both individuals and groups. Meet Kai, CapeNature’s leopard cub at the CTSC!

Puppet Show: Vegetable Soup
A hungry monster, a bunch of clever veggies, and a recipe for unexpected fun—get ready for a puppet show full of laughs and surprises!

Food Indaba 2025: Hack the Kitchen – Flavour Science Lab
The Food Indaba has partnered with the Cape Town Science Centre and Tapi Tapi Ice Cream to stage a series of chemistry and cooking workshops for kids aged 6 – 12. Kids will discover the science of cooking through a series of simple cooking experiments in this immersive workshop. The focus will be on indigenous Cape plants and ice cream, with the participants tasting, learning and creating their own indigenous ice creams. CTSC Holiday Club – Future Minds Lab:
