Water doesn’t always come from a tap. In this hands-on workshop, kids aged 6 to 12 will discover where water really hides – in desert plants, underground bulbs, coastal fogs, and the ancient knowledge of the KhoeKhoe people, who could read a dry landscape and find water where others saw none. Part science experiment, part kitchen adventure, the Water Lab turns that knowledge into something you can taste. Kids will explore, cook, and eat their way through one of the most important questions of our time: where does water come from, and how do we find it when it disappears? Curious, hands-on, and genuinely delicious.
