Energy is the ability to do work – and from the dawn of time, humankind has harnessed energy to shape the world around us. In just a few centuries, weโve progressed from mastering fire to unlocking the power of the atom! But with great power comes great responsibility. As a global community, we must find ways to use energy sustainably and work with Mother Nature, not against her.
Join us at the Cape Town Science Centre, where we inspire young minds through exciting, hands-on activities that explore the many forms of energy. Our workshops not only demonstrate how energy works, but do so in a fun and sustainable way – using everyday recyclable items!
