You asked for more so that’s what we are giving you – the Cape Town Science Centre Teacher Enrichment Workshops! FREE workshops and take-home resources. All linked workshops are 1.5 hrs and will be repeated therefore teachers will have the opportunity to attend more than one workshop on the day but booking is essential.

Experimental Elements of the Periodic Table | Grade 4 – 9
Join in celebrating the International Year of the Periodic Table (2019) with a hands-on workshop as we journey through the Periodic Table of Elements. Relive the discoveries, walk through the history and experience some experimental chemistry which can be replicated back in class. The workshop will include some take-home experiments.
Essential Lab Management | All Grades

• All teachers attending events at the Cape Town Science Centre (CTSC) will receive a Teacher Pass which gives you FREE access to the CTSC for the whole year.
• There is NO FEE to attend any of these workshops and bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Resources will be available for you to take back to your school including your own CTSC 2019 Periodic Table of Elements A2 poster.
• Light refreshments will be served at all events.
