Highlights
Family excursion to Cheetah Outreach – Saturday 2 August, 8:30 – 14:00
Meet at the CTSC where a bus will take you to Cheetah Outreach in Somerset West. Learn more about the fastest land animal in the world and how this magnificent species is threatened by man. Six lucky participants will have the opportunity win tickets for cheetah encounters.

ORT SA CAPE Robotics workshops – 2, 3 & 9 August, 10:00 & 13:00
A free introductory robotics workshop for children aged 6-15. Learn the basics using LEGO WeDo or try your hand at programming robots using LEGO Mindstorms. Be warned – it’s addictive!
Please note that bookings can only be made upon arrival on the day of the workshop. Workshop participants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.
Kids Who Code workshop – 3 August @ 10:00
Using Scratch, Java Script & Python, a team of bright young coders will guide you on a coding adventure providing three hours of fun learning in an interactive stimulating
environment. Suitable for children aged 9+.
Please note that bookings can only be made upon arrival on the day of the workshop. Workshop participants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.
